Hi everyone,
I can buy a Curta 2, sold as Curta 2 B by the seller, but the machine has nothing written under it (and it has a normal shell, it's not a demonstration one as long as I know), no number, no identity seller, nothing. Does someone know something about that ?
Thanks,
Marc. |

A whole year and nobody said anything about this? Yikes. Fella, if you ever check back, I can tell you to crack open the bottom and look for the interior serial number, but the bottom plate is either a homemade or Curta-factory-one-off replacement for the original which must have been damaged at some point. This would make the machine very much less attractive to most serious collectors, but I myself keep a couple of cosmetically-challenged Curtas for daily use on my desk...and I'm not alone in this. _________________ Cheers, Pete |

Hi,
Thanks for your response Pete, even since all this time I solved the problem : I didn't buy.
Regards,
Marc Pellacoeur. |
