Hi,

I just wanted to show you my handmade Leather Canister - I allways wanted to have a canister for additional protection when travelling.
I wonder what you think about it?

Very nice.

I have noticed the reproductions of the case, have the top and bottom panel sitting on top, as where the original the top and bottom pieces were slightly smaller and inset in the sides. Not sure why the difference or which approach is preferred.

Nice pictures and nice looking curta also.

Hi,

this canister was custom made for me - the person who crafted it just did it this way - perhaps she can do the next one the way you described it…

Btw, the Curta's serial number shown on the picture is 500438.
