I don’t think so....

But what I’ve noticed is that if I’m accessing the internet via my WiFi router I can’t access vcalc.net, but I can access it via my 4G mobile internet. I suspect that my ISP has blocked it for some strange reason...

yes, with my iPhone I'm able to access the site... My ISP was not able to locate this strange issue.

Or do you think that there is a solution on the user side?

I tried a free proxy service... with success. Solved.
