I want to show you a very rare Curta-related item I purchased recently in the US.
It is an antique Curta printer block made of zinc and copper on a base of wood. It measures about 5 x 3.5 x 2.5 cm.
Also I found in Spain an original Curta Ad from a spanish magazine dated April 8, 1954 using the same (or almost identical!) printer block, I attach an extract.
Someone can tell me the approximate date of manufacture of this printer block?
Surely is between 1947 and 1954. I can post additional images.
Best regards,

That's pretty cool! And looks either authentic or someone went to a lot of trouble to make it look that way. Well done! _________________ Cheers, Pete |
