| hi i have put a type II curta up for sale on ebay if anyone is interested please follow this link http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Curta-TYPE-II-556272-with-no-markings-Case-strange_W0QQitemZ6255309084QQcategoryZ414QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem also can anyone help me out with this i have looked at afew curters and all the ones i have seen on ebay and from this site show the "Curta" trade mark on the case mine dosnt have this but it has all the correct markings on the bottom saying where its made etc is this a rare thing?? i ask becous its the only one i have seen without the markings thanks all |

The plastic cannister generally had a metal sticker that said "CURTA" and "Open" with an arrow. The glue that attached the sticker to the plastic was very strong, but sometimes did fail. Obviously, the sticker has fallen off the plastic cannister in your eBay listing. Do not worry, there are replacement stickers available...although they are expensive.
